Aflac is not health insurance, it doesn't come with the same complexity or cost, and works regardless of whether an employee has health insurance or not.

Aflac is considered supplimental insurance and the majority of employers make no contribution making it completely employee funded. In that case, the only cost is time. If the employer contributes, they choose what level.

You can offer benefits with as little as 3 full and/or part time W2 or 1099 employees. All except Dental/Vision are portable, cost never increases, and benfits never decreaase.

When claims are approved benefits go to the policy holder, not doctors and hospitals, and up to the discresion of the policy holder how to use those benefits.
