Winter Wellness Series: Cardio Drumming
Join us as we conclude our Winter Wellness Series with a FREE Cardio Drumming class: a fun, fast-paced workout that incorporates drumming & cardio to the rhythm of music. Cardio drumming increases heart rate, improves rhythm, strengthens the upper body, and hand-eye coordination all while burning calories. We will use stability balls and drumsticks.
