The Living Wright Foundation is pleased to announce its 2nd annual BEES AND BLOSSOMS Spring Fundraiser.
Please join us in celebrating the arrival of spring on Thursday, May 23rd from 6 to 9 pm. Event highlights include live jazz music by Dr. Craig Witherspoon (Superintendent of Richland School District One), a silent auction and live auction by auctioneer Jimmy Derrick, hors d’oeuvres featuring local chefs, signature cocktails inspired by what’s growing in the gardens, a wine pull, live art and more!
The Living Wright Foundation’s mission is to combat food insecurity by providing fresh produce to individuals in need in the Midlands and by educating the local community though regenerative gardening techniques. Our first project site at Senate’s End is being followed by a second project site at 2505 Chestnut Street, Columbia 29204.
The Living Wright Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code. It was founded by Robert Percival and his father, Dupre Percival and named to honor Robert’s grandfather, the Reverend Dr. R. Wright Spears. 100% of proceeds from this event will benefit The Living Wright Foundation and its mission.
Cost per ticket: $75.
