Annual Luncheon for District 5 Retirees
On Feb. 20 the School District 5 Education Foundation is sponsoring the 7th annual lunch for all retired school district employees at Seven Oaks Park. Any community business/organization/agency/artist wanting to set up a table to sell their products or provide information about their services are welcome. There are usually 300-350 retirees in attendance at this lunch event each year. The tables will open at 10:30am and can stay open until 2pm. Set up can begin at 9 am. There is no cost to you. You may give the retirees information and answer questions about services and programs you have available that may be of interest and help for them. You may sell your products. Please provide your own table. You may come to set up anytime after 9:00 am. You or a colleague may stay with your items or you may leave them for the retirees to pick up if they are free.
